Dr.Lin was highly detailed and experienced, she's very patient and polite to teach my parents the correct way to take their medication. The staffs are very friendly too.

It’s hard to find a place to accept my insurance since I have Cigna and had United Healthcare Oxford. Then I came across Insight Comprehensive, they take a lot of insurances. Place is extremely clean and well organized. Tony Bao was great! He made me feel comfortable, listening to my concerns and taking the steps to figure out what is going on. I enjoyed my experience there and will definitely return! Plus, the staffs are friendly.

On your first visit, no matter you have a good medical insurance and HSA or not, the clinic ask you to deposit 300 dollars cash or through Zelle before seeing any doctor. And they do NOT accept HSA. After you see the doctor, they ask you to deposit 300 dollars if you do a blood test through them, and another 300 dollars if you do a ultrasound with them. They say they will refund the deposit to you 2 months later. But after 2 months, they claimed the insurance company have not process their billing, so they will not refund you until they got processed. But you checked with your insurance company, and all bills are already paid.

They are trying to bill me $5200 for an annual exam!!! They pretend to be nice and friendly but they see you as their purse and treat you as a fool. Definitely a scam!!!!!
