This gym is excellent! The environment is very clean, and the equipment is comprehensive and professional. Whether it's cardio machines or strength training equipment, everything is available and well-maintained, providing a sense of reassurance and comfort. Manager Eric is extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to assist and adept at engaging with customers. Additionally, there is ample parking outside the gym, and an underground parking lot is also available. Overall, this is a highly recommended fitness center!

It is my gym. Very close to my apartment. The most important thing is the open hours fit me very well. They open very early in the morning and close till late night so that you can go there anytime you want basically. The equipments are well maintained, and there is a sign saying please wipe after using, so mostly the people follow this rule and help to keep the gym environment clean and friendly. Not very big, but you will have a wonderful experience here. The front desk is also very helpful if you have any questions. It’s not a gym, but also a community for all the people who like fitness.

I live fairly close to this gym so it is super convenient for me. The gym hours open early and stay open late. There’s an outdoor parking lot and an indoor basement garage. If you park in the indoor basement garage, there’s a staircase that brings you right up to the entrance of the gym. You enter the gym by fingerprint reader. Right outside, street level, there’s restaurants/bakery coffee shop. I utilized the gym today, 6:30pm to 7:30 pm and although there were other people exercising, there was still plenty of space for everyone. There’s also a studio that is designated as a yoga room, no shoes permitted for whatever workout you desire. Plenty of machines and free weights to use. Plenty of lockers in the locker rooms, bring your own lock. The restroom facilities are right outside of the gym in the hallways. WiFi is provided if you require the internet to stream music for your workout. I would suggest to bring your own towel. Paper towels with spray disinfectant were available at the front desk. Met eric, he was very cordial and was very helpful with anything he can further provide. Some of the other reviews here are a little harsh and maybe different explanations . If you’re seeking a place that is in a great, easily accessible area by car or public buses, restaurants and shops near by, fitness center with free weights and machines to strength and cardio train, the fitness center here has it within reason. Get stronger, stay fit.

Used to be a good gym as I’ve been coming here for years Now it’s extremely cluttered inside because they shoved as much equipment inside as possible. Barely any room to even walk so that even a nearly empty gym feels crowded. On top of that they got rid of the yoga room walls. No more yoga room, just a small corner in the open with some dirty yoga mats laid out. Not worth it. Not even a cheap gym. Regretting what I paid for it and just waiting for my membership to expire.

This is honestly the worst excuse for a gym I’ve ever seen. The only reason I joined is because it’s close to my house definitely not because the place is worth anything. I worked out there one day, and when I came back the next day to check in, your management had the audacity to say I “smell odd.” Seriously? After doing a workout, everyone smells a bit odd because that’s literally what happens when people sweat in a gym. And let me remind you of something extremely basic: people come to the gym to work out and sweat of course there’s going to be smell. If that shocks you, maybe you’re running the wrong business. What do you expect people walking in smelling like perfume ads and magically not sweating? If that’s your idea of a gym, then honestly, just shut the whole place down. A gym where sweating is treated like a crime is nothing but a joke. And before your management tries pointing fingers at anyone, keep your own gym and surroundings clean first. Fix your place before you start lecturing others.
