Isaac is the best. I’ve been coming here for years for oil changes and inspections. The shop gets busy, but he’s always very accommodating and makes sure you get serviced as quickly as possible. Highly recommended.

The service was great even though they were some hiccups. They were very knowledgeable and great with communication to fix all the problems. I have my personal and business vehicles fixed at the shop and will continue going back and refer anyone who is looking for a honest and sincere auto repair shop.

Issac is a great guy who is honest and the prices are very reasonable. But truthfully the work performed can be hit or miss. I guess it really depends on the complexity of the job and the mechanic assigned to your car. The shop is super busy and that is definitely part of the problem as it virtually makes it impossible for Issac to maintain adequate quality control. I’ve had brakes done, AC repaired, etc and there were no issues. I’ve also had some body work done and a bolt was loose. It was an easy fix but it could have and should have been avoided, just a bit sloppy. Like I said it really depends on the mechanic doing the repair. I’ve also had my car returned with grease spots in various parts of the interior. On another job I’ve had the old parts left in my trunk (they were repairing something back there). Well at least I know they used original dealer parts😀. I recently had my car stall and got a quote from a local mechanic and was quoted $1400. Issac quoted me $1000. Admittedly, the solution from each mechanic was slightly different. The more expensive mechanic wanted to do more than what was necessary to get the problem solved. He wasn’t wrong per se, but it could be viewed as an overkill or maybe being a bit greedy. That’s not something Issac would do. I go back to Issac because he’s honest and not expensive. If possible he’ll even try and save you money. Not sure if he’s like that with everyone but with me he sometimes doesn’t charge me if it’s a quick fix or maybe a nominal $20. So if you can live with some of the previously mentioned shortcomings I’d say Issac is a keeper.

The service was quick and welcoming. We went in for a flat tire and we left with this repair and was only charged $20 for it. We were very grateful and it saved us a lot of money. We never saw a tire can be repired like that but the boss was saying that "it last for 30 years". But when leaving, we asked to lower the 45 psi to 35 psi, the boss was saying that it will recalibrate later. Two days later, we adjusted the psi back to 35, the psi started to go down to 26 the next morning. Went to a tire shop, was told to replace a new tire eventually.
