Island Photography

I loved the way my photos turned out from my Nursing School Pinning Ceremony. I ended up purchasing the Ultimate Graduation Package along with an engraved plaque.

Island Photography has been a part of almost every one of my major life milestones. They have captured the essence of what each of those moments has meant to me in my life. They are easy to work with and helpful should any issues arise. I am so grateful for their service and commitment to capturing people's brightest moments!

We have ordered photos from Island Photography several times and we have been pleased with all of them. The customer service is good and photo quality excellent. Don't hesitate to order from this company. They do a great job.

Customer service is great as in response, but the company itself is horrible. Ordered on September 1st and still haven't received it. Even after multiple emails. I just want my sons senior photos ALREADY. 6-10 buisness days are long gone. No wonder they have 2 stars. About to start addressing my concerns with the school district. Wouldn't be surprised they have already gotten complaints with their reviews. I will update this review if we receive his photos. Update 10/16/25: As of now we finally got a tracking number. Customer service apologized but gave no reasons for the delay. Update 10/21/25 finally received his photo though almost 2 months later. This quality is great. My advice is to have open communication with your customers. If we would of gotten a call saying that our pictures were going to be late for whatever reason, it would of been more tolerable. Overall 3*

It just an outright inflated prices (think of 10x) at the cost of students graduating from school or college. One 8x10 portrait (A La Carte) costs 65.95 $$$ Its insane to see how they could not even think of revising their prices a bit despite such bad reviews all over! I wanted to give 0 stars but Google does not provide one!
