I’ve never had an issue with their drop-off service—my laundry is always returned clean, neatly folded, and well-packed. Their mobile alerts and convenient payment system make the process even easier. Highly recommend—5 stars!

Staff can be rude.I walk in say hello. Women Is looking at me like I have two heads. Another man walks in he says hello, gets a hello back. Think this place has new owner, Used to be a lovely old lady in the place.

My first time using delivery service. It was was poor. Originally they texted/tracking update that they would not be able to meet my delivery time (two days after pick-up). Then they finally processed my order and texted/tracking updated that they were going to deliver during the originally scheduled window. 5:30 - 7pm. Well, they didn't. At 7:23 I finally got a text from the driver they were running late. At 8 pm I get one more update, that it would be delivered between 8:01 and 8:30 pm. It arrived at 8:05. This is very poor delivery service. (The laundry itself was acceptable.)
