I’ve been coming to this office since they opened and they treat me wonderful and take me in at my appointment time. They take my insurance and treat me amazing. The doctor and all the staff in this office are so knowledgeable about everything!

Crowded for good reason. Worth waiting every second - handles my dental issues with care and patience. Everyone at this office is super kind and skilled!

Long waiting and worse I won’t recommend and I made appointment a month and half ago still I had to wait longer than hours

I had been coming to this office since it basically opened. The doctor was very nice but then something happened and to the doctor my time was invaluable. I know why this has happened. I'm not stupid. Discrimination is a negligent. My last visit I was left waiting for 25 minutes only to hear the doctor say I can wait while other patients passed by the room I was in and laughed at me. Then they had the audacity to try and charge my insurance for extra x-ray because I left. Real nasty. I wouldn't go here ever again.

I walked out before being seen for my appointment. I waited nearly an hour without being informed the reason why. My appointment was at 4PM. All the while I saw workers coming in and out of one room just standing around in the front with a full waiting room. After waiting for 40 minutes after my appointment time all I was told was that there was 1 patient in front of me and it was going to be “maybe” another 20 minutes. I say “maybe”, because she didn’t look so convinced giving me the estimated time. There was no reason given to me(as a patient) to why I was waiting so long. I could’ve understood if I was informed that they had fallen behind. Any reason would’ve actually worked! I had to ask to receive an update in the waiting time. Keep in mind that my appointment was at 4PM and there was people there before me that were STILL waiting. There were no updates or apologies given to me or others for the wait time. I was informed that would receive some forms that needed to be filled out prior to my appointment. I never received the forms and had to go out of my own way to get them. The irony is that I did it to avoid any unnecessary waiting time. P.S: I was a NEW patient
