Yesterday was my first lecture with Mr.Bih. He is very friendly and fun when he teaches. Mr.Bih is very detailed. Also, the girls who answered the phone are very friendly and willing to help. I am having a great experience. Big THANKS 😊

Staff was nice and answered all the questions I had prior to signing up, so I signed up and paid. The video classes are subpar, horrible. I was forcing myself to watch and couldn’t watch anymore after 40 mins, and wanted a refund. INSTRUCTOR STUTTERS CONSTANTLY, SPEAKS BAD ENGLISH(GRAMMATICALLY INCORRECT ENGLISH), AND DOES NOT PRESENT WHAT HE'S TRYING TO SAY CLEARLY. IT’S ALL BROKEN. YOU’RE CONSTANTLY GUESSING AT WHAT HE’S TRYING TO SAY. HE DOES NOT TEACH CLEARLY. I paid $478 and wanted a refund the same day, all within a few hours, and they refused to refund. That shows how well they stand behind what they’re selling. Bad business. Don’t waste your time and money here if you can’t deal with watching 77 hrs of an instructor speaking improper English with poor presentation skills that’s constantly stuttering and not teaching clearly. I suppose these CLASSES ARE ONLY SUITABLE IF ENGLISH IS YOUR SECOND LANGUAGE. Bad Business to refuse a refund within a few hours of purchase if you’re selling a sub-par and below-standard product.
