I took this test prep from October of 2024 all the way up to the SHSAT in 2025. I was having a lot of difficulty and thought I wouldn't make it, but I ended up getting into my number one choice, Stuyvesant with a score of 613, and Townsend Harris with a perfect score and was ranked #12. If you are looking to go here, I would recommended going to the classes and go to tutoring in the last couple of weeks so you can have more help if you need it. My tutor was Deena and she helped me improve my score Alot.

Our child had a great experience with Ivy prep. They offered an afterschool program at the school and excellent one on one tutoring as needed. They offered flexibility with practice testing and seemingly unlimited guidance and support through the whole process. They expect the kids to put the work in - but Ivy provided the materials , guidance and structure to succeed.

This tutoring place is top-tier; the teachers have helped both me and my brother get into Bronx Science High School. The reading comprehension teacher, Deena, and the math teacher, TJ, are amazing, making sure to be very thorough with the lessons. They pay attention to each student’s needs, even in group sessions.

The teachers are patient and professional. They are expert college consultants and have great tutors. We have been studying at Ivy Prep for three years, the teachers have greatly helped my children over the school years. I highly recommend, my family has had an amazing experience
