Lovely family business! Have been taking care of my clothes for four years now.

The staff is really inconsiderate. They take up so much space and lack situational awareness. If somebody is paying to use your machines, why would you take up the entire folding section from paying customers? They need to create a space for them to fold clothes were they need to be told that if somebody needs the space to make sure that they are not taking up the entire table. It's also weird that they have random people who don't work there also taking up space helping the workers.

Horrible first time experience. DO NOT USE THIS LAUNDROMAT much better ones in the neighborhood. First of all they are pricey with the washing machines but I guess expected for the city. Secondly one of the dryers was luke warm if that, after 8 minutes ( 2 quarters) I waited 10 or 13 min and I asked the woman worker for some help (maybe owner, manager) and I let her know that one dryer (on the bottom row) was not heating up and that I had towels in there. She touched it and acknowledged it was not heating up. She asked if I wanted to put my things together and I said no because I wanted them to DRY. She tells me she would give me additional coins to dry at the end and let her know, after 35 min I switched dryers my clothes was still wet - she gave me two quarters to continue drying. 😩 I told her that wasn’t going to be enough and she proceeded to get loud and irate callling me cheap and telling me not to come back and that I should leave before they close….. then she proceeded to open a dryer right behind me and I looked it looked like she wanted the dryer door to hit me in the head. There were other people watching thankfully. And interpreted everything she was saying to me so people could hear what she was saying to me since you could barely understand her. She was incredibly, rude, nasty, and threatening. I had two dryers so my clothes would dry since I had towels and linens. I always add more coins to one dryer so I have time left during folding for items still wet. One dryer was completely wet and she gave me 3 quarters I needed up adding more money because I needed my clothes to dry. Really sad the laundromat on 4th street closed. The service the staff the machines everything was better than this place. Very sad that they are this nasty to neighbors I should have recorded this encounter.

If I can give zero stars, I would the lady that runs the joint literally just kicked me out and told me not to come back because my towels that I drop off are from the barbershop that I own in the neighborhood and apparently they don’t want barbershop to use their machines
