J & J French Dry Cleaners

Just moved into the area and there are two dry cleaners in this area within a 2-block radius. I haven’t tried the other place but this location is bigger and doesn’t have a weird scent. Helen, the owner, runs the place 7-days per week with her husband. I’ve used her service for a month from dry cleaning ties, dress shirts and pants. The dress shirts and pants are $4.75 and usually ready within 2 days. I’m pretty happy with her service so far. She even remembers my face and name in the shortwhile I’ve come here. Highly recommended!

Great service and hours.

Moved to the area recently. This place is great with fast service and wash/dry/fold services available at a very reasonable price. It's cash only but that's not a big issue. The woman who runs the place recognizes both myself and my s.o. who lives with me so either of us can drop off and pick up laundry with ease! My s.o. gets his shirts dry cleaned and everything else gets washed regular, it has made our lives much easier. Would absolutely reccomend to anyone living in the area.

Sent a perfectly good silk blouse to dry clean and came back with two holes. Will never go again

TERRIBLE SERVICE, over priced and simply rude. I went over to this place in the pouring rain to ask for a simple alteration. The lady was so arrogant and rude. She charged 60 dollars to alter a dress. Mind you it was just the length. I can not believe her business continues with such customer negligence. However, I found a way better place down the block that was so professional and offered to do the job for 20. Just remember if they are so rude upfront, I don’t even want to try to understand what their service would be like. Disappointed and never coming here again. I would recommend no one entering that store.
