This was my first massage experience and I feel they did a great job. The girl that provided the massage made sure I was ok throughout my experience there. It's also very close to public transportation so it was easy to access.

Amazing scalp massage, very relaxing and the staff was all very attentive. Will be coming back for more! Also the price is more than reasonable. Very clean and a perk to have parking outside for people driving

This was an excellent experience. The head massage is a scalp intense & deep cleaning, leaving the hair soft like baby hair. You really feel taken care of. It's a very clean and comfortable place. Just be aware of the gratuity policy (picture) -- and know that it's worth it.

Walked in and the place was so clean and peaceful! Kevin the boss greeted us and was so friendly! Angela did an amazing job on my scalp massage she was so sweet and went above and beyond for me to make sure i was comfortable! Will definitely be coming back to them!!

I came in w/my dad and brother, and the spa was able to accommodate us w/only a 15 - 20 min wait, which was greatly appreciated. The space was clean and overall we were satisfied with the treatments. TLDR: price transparency, mandatory / “suggested” gratuity, manipulated into double tipping on service. Details below: While dad was still receiving cupping, we were told that he had already paid for the services and that my brother and I just needed to leave the tip. At that time, we were not aware that the spa charges a $20 per treatment fee, as this was not clearly noted anywhere. I went ahead and paid, but later asked for clarification because the tip totaled $110 on $220 worth of services, which felt unusually high (50%). It was also strange bc the masseuse laughed when I paid the receptionist which made me feel as if something might be off? The rep explained that the fee is charged per service and is not handled like standard dining gratuity. I mentioned that I’ve had massages, pedicures, and other spa services elsewhere (Manhattan and Brooklyn) and have never encountered this, so I was genuinely confused and just checking. He explained that this is a Flushing standard policy and referred to it as a suggestion, although it was presented as mandatory when I paid. I was not comfortable asking for a partial refund once he mentioned it was suggestion… the main reason for this review is that after we left, we learned that my father had already tipped $20 for his services and we were to only tip on ours as his was already paid, which was never disclosed to us. There were several opportunities for the receptionist to clarify this, but it unfortunately was never mentioned and he included my dad’s services when I paid the gratuity. This is what was a bummer and why we felt the need to leave a review. Overall, the experience itself was fine and I appreciate them being able to take us in last minute but I strongly recommend clarifying pricing / gratuity expectations upfront to avoid confusion and feeling taken advantage of.
