If there was a 0 star option i would pick it and tbh i would pay more money for them to not cut my hair.

I asked to not cut off too much hair but the male barber cut off over an inch.

Avoid that male barber / hairdresser at all costs! Not sure if he’s the manager or owner, but he was full of attitude, opinionated, constantly rejecting customer’s demands, AND the worst part is, he’s BAD AT CUTTING HAIR! We’ve been loyal customers of this place for almost a decade, have had great experiences with the middle-aged glass-wearing lady whose seat was the closest to the washing station. Boy were we wrong thinking other people here were nice and skilled like her!
They will ask you for more if your tips not satisfied with them.
PLEASE DO NOT COME EVEN THOUGH THE LISTED PRICES ARE LOW!
They require a mandatory 50% tip despite the poor service I received. I got a haircut and wash, and while I don’t mind leaving $10 or $15, their assertion on more tips was disgusting!! When I asked for change after giving them three $5 bills, they took all the cash without hesitation and continued to insist that 50% or more tips were required without informing me first. It’s also not listed on the price menu or announced in the store. Shouldn’t tipping be based on the quality of service and the customer’s preference?
