Been here since I was 5. Loved waiting hours even with an appointment, watching the receptionists yell at people to sit down, using their bathrooms even though they don’t hire a janitor, I could go on. Well, what can they do when the clinic runs on 1 doctor, 0 nurses, and 2 “helpers”. It’s better now then in the past, the receptionists are experienced now and also paid 60/hour currently, almost all the employees having worked here for 20+ years. All the janlian clinics are like this, skeleton crews saving as much money as possible by not hiring and spending zero on upgrades. The business model is crazy good, farming Medicaid from the Chinese community for decades, owner is making millions every year .Nowadays there are plenty of Chinese clinic options in the area so this clinic isn’t packed anymore.

Unprofessional service. One star is too generous!! The receptionist was rude. She spoke to me in Chinese, since I did not speak Chinese; she then told me that my Primary Care Physician does not work there. When I called my insurance provider to ask him about the health center, he contacts them, Linda (the receptionist) said that was not true, and can fit me in the next day at 10 am. Only she did not get any basic information, like my name, contact, and insurance. I called her back to give her the information; she put me on hold for 4 minutes. After I hung up and called back only to not have them pick up the phone AT ALL!! Horrible, terrible service, how do they stay in business, it has to be an insurance scam!! Go somewhere else!!

ZERO STARS ! This place is horrible. Worst customer service I have ever had. There is a doctor does not take walk in patients. I do not understand that policy at all. I went there two times and I was the earliest one there, but the front desk lady was like " No, we do not take walk in today" No walk in? Like seriously? Even the earliest person there ? This is terrible and I'm just curious how patients can know if they are going to be sick days before, so they can make a appointment ahead of time to see the doctor.

I really like my PCP but this office is such a mess. I have been coming here for a long time and it's always the same problems. Having an appointment is useless since you end up waiting at least 1-2 hours or more to see anybody. They probably overbook their patients hence long wait time. It's always a bit crowded in the wait area since everybody has been waiting for hours. I don't find the receptionists particularly rude, just very blunt to dismiss people. Not sure how this place is organized, but it's always a long wait to see the medical assistant let alone the doctor. Don't ask for appts in the afternoon(12-2pm) because they all go on lunch break (which they don't tell you obviously) and you end up sitting in the wait area forever. There are so many providers available in the area, just go somewhere else if you need medical attention.

This place is not even worth one star! The worst clinic I ever go to... Front desk people is super rude, doctor is not professional at all. Wait here for 3 hours, the doctor didn't even do the basic check for the patient just two mins interview then send you out ... Appointment at 10am, doctor didn't even show up in the clinic at 1130am, then have sweet time for breakfast... Then tell you that, you didn't make appointment ahead so you should wait 2 to 4 hours for you to see the doctor for two mins. If I know I'm going to be have fever and flu a week ahead then I will make the appointment a week ahead ok?!?! This is super stupid clinic. I felt bad for the old sick people who has to spend a whole day here for just seeing a doctor for two mins. Please don't come here
