I can’t stress enough what a pleasure it is to work with Marni at the Hell’s Kitchen store! She has a way of making you feel like you are their most important customer even while juggling other customers with all their needs. Wonderful paint color advice and guidance for maximizing your dollar. She even went the extra mile when I appeared with a last minute request as it was time to lock up and she helped me quickly and with a smile! The store (and your customers) are very lucky to have her.
Store is good but at any cost avoid to make order with elder guy with glasses Lost a lot money because of this guy making wrong code for paint. Disaster. Afterwords he said denied everything and walk away
They will lie to your face about what options you have in paint compositions. They prey & upsell the most expensive lines of paint and colors, if they see you are not a contractor or are painting your own place. You can go on both their website & the Benjamin Moore website to create a paint for pickup that’s in stock, but if you ask for that same paint, they will lie to your face and say it’s not possible. Go to Rainbow on 75th / 1st instead, they will gladly work with you rather than push you. I can bet all of their positive reviews are designers & contractors they give sweet deals to. *Reply to Owner That is simply incorrect. Benjamin Moore ran a 20% sale on the regal line that it heavily advertised online and social media, that Janovic did not mention once in the three times I went there during the promotion. Nonetheless, that was not the issue. The issue is your employees lie to clients, and tell them that only the regal line & above are available for most colors. Because the Ben line is less expensive, and a smaller profit margin. There is a difference between a color in the Ben line not being in stock, versus telling clients that 80% of the colors they ask for are not ever able to be made in the Ben line. Rainbow on 75th was able to make even historical colors in the Ben line! It’s a flat out lie to a customer’s face with the hope that they will spend $10 more. Resulting in losing $350 in business to a competitor all together. I would revaluate if practice of misleading is worth it.
my daughter had an opportunity to work with Lizette. she made my daughter confused and provided no service. she was rude and unclear. she didn't come across as she knew what she was doing.
