We were looking to buy property in New York City, but we had not settled on what type of property (multi-family or single apartment) or where (Brooklyn or Manhattan). We did not have an agent, and met Jay and The Glazer Team through inquiries on StreetEasy. Jay and Jason were super-responsive, and very helpful, knowledgeable and patient as we worked through the pros and cons of various neighborhoods, building options, financing options, and many other details. They worked with us on several offers/negotiations over about 9 months, until we were successful in purchasing a coop in Gramercy Park. Throughout the process, they were always positive and encouraging, with deep knowledge of neighborhoods and buildings. At the same time, they were not overly aggressive with us, giving us the space to explore the many possibilities on our timetable. They were invaluable in getting us through the coop application and interview process, and they were very generous in sharing their network with us, including recommending a lawyer, potential contractors for renovations, and other professionals that have been critical to a smooth and satisfying experience.
