So far everyone I had has been great, some better some worse. Pretty kind and helpful when asking anything different to do. Sometimes a bit noisy. Read the other reviews - They do expect larger tips but charge slightly cheaper per hour so I think it evens out.

This was easily one of the best massages I have ever had. Only two things which left me with a dissatisfied feeling: 1. I was forced to give a $20 tip, which they only tell you halfway through the massage and they are very persistent about it so you really have no other option than to pay up. This feels like a ripoff, since they don’t communicate it beforehand. But still that’s a 40 % tip since the massage is $50 which I find outrageous. 2. I had specifically asked beforehand if the massage included a foot massage. I was assured that this was the case, however this turned out to be false.

A couple of blocks from this massage place there is a store that sells knock off clothes. This massage place also sells knock off massages. The main income that this place earns is not from massages. Half way through the massage the woman tried to bargain to get $60 in tips. I don't care about this place's business model as long as there is a good customer relations and good massage. I found neither at this massage place. 😒

They literally force you to give a $20 tip it’s WILD… I’ve been here five times and have NEVER had that experience but this time, they did and it infuriated me. I’m a loyal customer (I forgot to bring my stamp card this time and I guess they forgot that I’ve been here). The lady started massaging me at 6:40pm and it ended at 7:30pm. I requested a 60-min massage which is $50. They said time starts when I enter, which includes me CHANGING. I usually tip 20% because it’s good but I was confused why she ended earlier and this time it wasn’t as good, so I decided to go with 15% and receptionist claimed he didn’t have change for me. I ended up tipping 18% anyway although that did NOT reflect my experience. Then they argued that the MINIMUM TIP IS $20… no. I’m never coming back although I’ve been so loyal to them. Come here if you wanna get scammed lmao. 🙏🏻 Just very unfortunate because all my other experiences are great. Wishing this business well.

10/29 response to owner - While I appreciate the response, to be clear, I hadn't even had the chance to give my name nor was I asked for it. All I had a chance to say was "Hi, I have a reservation for a full body massage for..." before I realized I wasn't being listened to. Thank you for the response but it doesn't change my stance. I am absolutely FURIOUS about the experience I had at this so-called “spa.” I made a reservation online for a 90-minute massage, but when I arrived, the place was EMPTY — no customers, just employees literally lying around doing nothing. That should’ve been my first red flag. A woman came over, but the second I started explaining my reservation, she completely ignored me and started staring at something behind me. I turned around to see a white man standing there, and she IMMEDIATELY started talking to him — asking if he wanted a massage, and when he said yes, she just walked off to get someone for him like I didn’t even exist. As a black woman, I couldn’t help but notice how quickly her attitude changed the moment he showed up — suddenly attentive and ready to serve, while I was treated like I was invisible. I had to say, “Excuse me, I was speaking, and I was here first,” because apparently basic respect only applies to certain people in this place. The man actually apologized — which is more than I can say for the staff. At that point, I was DONE. If you can’t acknowledge me or treat me with basic human decency, you don’t deserve my business. As I was walking out, the same woman suddenly decided to care and started calling after me. When I didn’t stop, she had the AUDACITY to GRAB MY ARM and try to pull me back inside, saying she had someone available now. Excuse me? You ignore me, then think you can touch me and drag me back in? Absolutely not. I told her straight up that I don’t tolerate being disrespected or ignored — and I walked out. I went two blocks down to another spa, and I’m already booking my next session there. This place is a disgrace. Rude, unprofessional, and blatantly disrespectful. They lost my business forever, and they should be ashamed of how they treat customers.
