Been here since I was a child and have seen many other dentists but always end up coming back to Dr Dai. Hes very kind and attentive and has always done a great job on my teeth. Also they do walkins which is literally the best since I dont need to wait a month for an appointment.

Thank you to doctor Dai, Shen and dental assistant Madeline, I finally got my wisdom tooth removed. I shared my previous experience with another dental clinic when I was younger and they showed genuine care and consideration. I see some of the other reviews and I just want to say that, the attitude you give is the attitude you should expect to receive, that goes for any place in general. From my personal experience, they have been nothing but kind and attentive, especially considerate to what I’ve told them about my previous experience. They took extra measures to ensure that i didn’t have that bad experience again. Sometimes we just need to let people know nicely. The front desk receptionist was also extremely kind and caring. She saw I had difficulty taking off the metal chain and offered to help me remove it before the Xray. Go in with positive attitude and communicate and they will return the same positive attitude. Thank you to all the staff members that assisted me during my visit!

Bad experience in this clinic, he pulled out my wisdom teeth in order to fill my decaying one next to it, but after I he took my wisdom tooth, he said he could not do my decaying teeth cuz he couldn’t see it, he asked me to wait see how is it, but obviously it is worse! I can not drink cold cuz it makes me feel source and very sensitive!! So I go back after one month, finally he filled my tooth. However, it only lasted One Day! The filling fell down! It is unbelievable to me! Well, I told the girl who picked up the phone and she asked me to go back let the doctor check again, so I did. The doctor ‘s wife who worked in the front desk and not happy for my return and asked me to come another time because they are very busy, I paid cash 150 dollars for pull out my wisdom teeth and paid 140 for filling my decaying teeth! After took my money, she is not happy that I am taking his husband’s time! No matter what, the doctor did the refilling for me again which I appreciated it very much. But, on the other day, it fell down again!!! Again and again, I have no confidence on his doctor and clinic, they want more and more money and not giving me good service and good job, I will never go back!
