My laundry was ready for pickup at the agreed time, in a nicely folded bundle. Some of the clothes look cleaner than when I wash them at home. The staff is very efficient as well. Thanks a lot!

Genuinely, the best laundromat in the area!! East 10/10! Been dropping off my clothes weekly for yrs and have never had an issue. Clothes are always cleaned and folded neatly in a super timely fashion. Staff is very kind and sweet. And for the price point, you really can’t beat it. Jie Li Laundromat is a real neighborhood gem!

Such a lovely group of workers who do an amazing job every single time! I have been dropping off my laundry here since I moved to the area, and it has been absolutely wonderful. They are very timely, your laundry comes folded up tightly in a nice bundle, and they always have a smile on their faces even when I see them out and about randomly on the street! 5 STARS EVERYTIME!!
