I had a great experience at JNM. I brought my car in for a simple inspection. Before he even got started, the mechanic pointed out a small crack at the top of my windshield, as well as weather cracks across a few of my tires. He told me that it would not be worth doing the inspection, since I would fail anyway. First, I was engaged by his honesty; I could imagine many other mechanics going through with the inspection, charging me, and pointing out the obvious failures after the fact. I asked for an estimate of the repairs (4 new tires for a Subaru Forester and glasswork). He gave me the estimate for the tires on the spot, and got back to me later in the day with the glasswork. After asking around and checking with a different mechanic, the prices were right on point. Bottom line, I had the glasswork done with Safelite, since they could do it immediately, but stuck with JNM with the tires. They were able to fit me in a few days later, the service took the exact amount of time he said, and the price was the same as the earlier estimate. Honest, flexible, and polite; all the things you want to see in a mechanic.

Place is the best! Sunny the owner is great and his crew are honest and hard working. They always fix my car and go above and beyond. Highly recommend this shop to any who has trouble finding a good honest mechanic. From mechanical to body work, they do it all. If you visit his shop, tell him Juan recommended the place. Won't be disappointed!

Sunny is great. My buddy Glenn and I take our cars to him all the time for repairs and maintenance. Always communicates expectations and recommendations. Highly recommend. Thanks for all your help, Sunny! Once I replenish some more funds, I'll bring my minivan back for the other repairs it needs. Gonna need work on the cat and probably a new transmission... 😮

This place is a complete scam. Zero professionalism, zero skills, zero accountability. They wasted my time, took my money, failed to fix anything, and caused even more problems. Staff is rude, dishonest, and clearly has no idea what they’re doing. One of the worst mechanic shops I’ve ever dealt with.

My experience with JNM automotive was disappointing. I came here to address a water leak on the passenger side floor of my 2016 Honda HRV. I’ve had this issue for a while and have had inspected at the Honda dealership multiple times before. They typically would clean the drains lining the sunroof and the doors of the car, and I’d have no issues for awhile. The folks at JNM automotive essentially did the same thing for me. What was different was when I went to pick up my car the boss asked me if I’ve ever had issues opening and closing my sunroof to which I said no never in the 10 years of owning this car have I had that issue. He advised me to be careful with my sunroof and it closed. I didn’t think much of this comment, as I was mainly happy to have my issue resolved. The next day I go to open my sunroof as I have periodically done since owning this car and my sunroof does open but it is making this horrible cranking, mechanical sound every time I press the button. I attempt to close it, and it once again makes this wretched sound and DOES NOT close. I couldn’t believe it. The next day when I take my car back to the shop and confront the boss, he adamantly says that the issue was present before them and they did nothing to affect my sunroof which I do not find to be the full truth. After arguing with him for about 10 minutes he agrees to give me a free diagnostic to look into the issue, but stresses that whatever is wrong, I will have to pay for it. I did not return and will be taking my car back to a Honda dealership so I will not sustain any further damage here. This was highly upsetting and felt like cartoonish, roadside mechanic antics that I had hoped to never come across.
