Chairs are very uncomfortable i have to stand hours for my turn in stead of sitting

Got there 20 mins early and was told to come back at the appointment time. I understand the need to limit people in office due to COVID but there was not a single patient in the waiting room. When I went back to see the doctor, it seemed like he was in a rush. Didn’t sit down to discuss and stood the entire visit. At the end, he said he couldn’t help me unless he needed a copy of the medical records from the prior doctor. Don’t you think the receptionist should have said that before I came? Waste of time and copay. Stay away. Be warned. Go somewhere else.

Worst practice ever. The front staff are more concerned with talking to each other than checking in patients who have been waiting for 2 hours. As for the doctor himself, he is not afraid of yelling at patients he is seeing for the first time ever. My dad had just gotten a stomach surgery and the doctor yelled at him for leaving the house and moving around. This doctor doesn't even understand the basic post-op recovery process. I'm shocked that doctors like him are still practicing medicine and won't be returning EVER.

By far the worst urologist out there, Dr Won is extremely rude and horrible. If I could give this clinic a rotten tomato as a rating, I would. The waiting times are ridiculous, both the doctor and the staff are extremely rude and couldn't care less about their patient.He even started yelling at me the first time I visited his office。
