Staff are nice , good price, but low quality. Typical cheap salon that gives you good price, but they're doing it robotically, just wanna get it done quickly. Did haircut and hair color years ago, didnt really like it. Did my manicure 3 weeks ago, dont like it. Not only she rushed doing it, the many of the nail colors chipped only after 2 weeks. Not coming back.

My gel manicure chipped after just one day, and by the second day, two nails were already damaged. I called to report the issue and ask if it could be fixed. When I went back in, instead of properly removing and redoing the gel on the two nails (which were done in cat-eye polish), they simply applied another layer of gel over the chipped areas. The color didn’t match at all. For those unfamiliar, cat-eye polish uses a magnet to create a distinct line and subtle color shift effect—so layering regular gel over it completely ruins the look. I paid $40 plus a cash tip, and it was a total waste of money. They used to do great work, but unfortunately the quality has really declined, and the attitude was disappointing as well.

My daughter just had her haircut at joy. She want layers and not to very short, which the lady who cut her hair did but wasn't even a layers. Then after that she asked my daughter that she needs to give tips for the person who did her washed and including her who cut my daughter hair. 1st of all she as to wait for me to pay the bills and let me pay for it, she shouldn't ask a kid who's 12 yrs old to pay her. Its like shes so scared that wasn't getting paid!. 😕 then the hair brush she used to my kid is not even clean, its unhealthy and unsanitary for them to do that. Now in a week after my daughter got her haircut from joy, I found out she got lice. I cant even imagine, im so upset and I wished their should be a health dep. To investigate how these place is unsanitary and dirty. I will not coming back here and I definitely don't want to recommend this place to anyone, friends or families of mine. 😠

This is geninuely my first bad review. I needed to buff off old SNS gel and wanted a another SNS pedicure. She buffed it off, trimmed my nails, and was going to begin the pedicure. When I became concerned that none of the tools were coming out of sealed packages to indicate they had been sanitized, the technician offered to spray alcohol on the cuticle cutter. In an effort to get out faster, I asked for her to stop the pedicure entirely and just put regular clear polish. The front desk associate told me the service would be $28. I confirmed that she knew I only had clear polish. She knew. I explained the situation. She said yes it's $28 and then said you need to tip. I reiterated that the service I was given was not up to par, that I wouldn't be coming back anyway, and left the technician a $2 tip just to escape the situation.

Bad experience ☹️ I always go to this salon for my nails (manicure) and every time i go, they did great job but this time i went to do my hair keratin, it looked good until i washed my hair in 4 days and now my hair look so bad and dry. This is what i get after spending $200 😭 I feel like i just wasted my money for nothing. I wouldn't recommend this place for hair keratin. Its not worth it.
