I brought my coat here for dry cleaning and repair based on the reviews here, and I’m so glad I did. The elastic cord in the hood of my puffer coat had worn out, and Susan replaced it using the coat’s original fasteners—it looks amazing and like new again. JRS Cleaners is a great place to get any dry cleaning or tailoring done. Ive been to them 5-6 times already and the results of cleaning or tailoring is always exactly what I wanted. She is very upfront, kind and the communication is terrific. Not to mention she works very quickly for most things. Im happy to have found a cleaners that I trust in my area. Definitely 10/10.
