Junction Dental Flushing

I got my teeth cleaned yesterday. Doctor was so nice. The office looks so nice and new. I have been going there for years and good to see the new changed office. The staff took me in even when I didn't have an appointment. My other doctors don't even see patients when its an emergency. The girl in front told me that there was a cancellation and she can put me in. She registered me in 10 min and I got to see the doctor. They showed me video of what my problems were. Most doctors just demand you do things. This doctor asked me about me. That was such good experience. I never post review but considering how nice everything was - I just had to. :) happy patient :)

I highly recommend this place! Dr.Baek is a really great person and she does an awesome job. If you are experiencing a lot of pain she knows exactly where to treat you and takes care of your teeth! I have had other doctors that have done my filling an within a month they have fallen off .. which is not the case with Dr.Baek she takes her time with each patient and explains the process of what has to be done. Very satisfied with this place!!!

Highly recommend this dentist office. I’ve been coming here for years and the staff are always super friendly. From the minute you walk in, everyone greets you with a big smile on their face. I’ve never had a problem here or been put through any pain. Great dentists and staff.

Where to start… first the receptionists are rude. My first warning sign was when they were handing out flyers outside their office to attract customers. The dentists seem to have good bedside manners, but there’s only one working at a time and I’ve had to wait a long time to be seen. This all can be overlooked. However, I’ve gotten worked on by a male dentist and it seems to me that he did a rushed job. Now I’m having pain in the area he worked on and I went to a different dentist who told me that this prior doctor did a terrible job. Now I need to spend money to get this fixed where before my teeth did not give me any pain at all. This is a warning to other people to stay away from this place

The receptionist in the fornt is way too rude she doesn’t have any manners I asked her some questions and she gave my all unnecessary attitude but I think they should change old lady I called to change my appointment and she told my I have to pay $20 they r big scammers
