To be honest, Cindy Chen really deserves a lot of credit for making this trip to Canada so enjoyable. The weather in Canada is well-known for its unpredictability, but she drives so steadily that she doesn't get flustered at all during the whole journey. It makes people feel extremely at ease when sitting in the car, allowing them to fully enjoy the scenery and take photos without any worries. This kind of feeling can only be experienced when encountering a reliable driver and tour guide. Moreover, she is very meticulous. She will remind you in advance of anything that needs attention in the itinerary, so you won't be flustered. The final airport drop-off was also very considerate. It wasn't just going through the motions, but she was really helping you arrange everything properly. Overall, it can be summed up in one sentence: professional, reliable and worry-free. If you come to Canada again in the future or have friends who are coming, you can directly recommend Cindy Chen as a tour guide without hesitation.

Booked a two day weekend to view Niagara falls in the winter. Our tour guide Jonah was very informative of the history. He was also super friendly and paid close attention to our group making sure we were together. Awesome photographer as well!! Would definitely come again !

We recently had the Kingston/Montreal/Quebec/Ottawa/Toronto tour with family (2 of them are seniors). 3 days of that was from our guide Jay. He did a good job of telling us about these diff cities. He is very informative and entertaining. He speaks english and mandarin well. He is easy to understand and gives clear instructions. He also has excellent driving skills. He assisted us with our luggage and helpful whenever we get on and get off the van. Thank you Jay you were great! :)

Hi! Last September we booked a 4-day Columbia Icefield & National Park excursion through Get Your Guide. To say that it was very disappointing and not to our satisfaction is to say the least. Let me start with the information published on Get Your Guide, versus what the actual excursion entitles is entirely different. The information is not clear, for example they offer food as an add on to your package, what they don’t tell you it’s that is going to be mostly Chinese food or very low-quality food. Then they provide language options and we chose English, however our Guide Hugo spoke very poor English. Thank God the driver was amazing and he explained to us the locations and everything, but we were afraid he might get in trouble as the guide kept lurking back when he saw us speaking with the driver. If you don’t pay for the meal package you better stock yourself with some nonperishable snacks and drinks. Because you have an average of 30 min to eat and come back to the bus. Be kind and make sure your snacks are not noisy or smelly, because a lot of the other guests had the smelliest food you could imagine, and you are locked on that bus on an average of 8 hours a day or more. Then the actual excursion, they arrived about 30 minutes late to pick us up at our selected location. They didn't replied our texts or confirmed what had happened. We arrived to the winery… it’s really the only good lunch they offer and if you don’t pay the package, you can still get food at the restaurant. Don’t listen to the guide and ask the servers, they will offer food from a reduced menu, the arancini and the salad were amazing. Next the wine tasting which is delicious, afterwards you are back on the road. We arrived to our first lake, only 15 minutes there barely enough time to enjoy it, do a bathroom stop and come back. The name of the lake? Don’t ask me I didn’t understand our guide. We arrived to the town where the hotel was located super late, they had Chinese food and we had to rush to find a place where to eat, there was an amazing pizza place and a Japanese place both amazing! Then they drive you to the hotel, make sure to make yourself seen or heard, they gave preference to all the other guests… and if we had not spoken up we would had end up not in a room based on our request and needs ( I have a medical condition and I require a ground floor room or elevator) The second day something similar, they had like room service breakfast Chinese again and we had to find a way to have something to eat. That’s where the snacks come in hand or pizza leftovers. Important if you have any medicine that needs to be cold, make sure your traveler kit has extra ice packs, because the travel times are super long and your regular icepacks would not be enough. At one of the lakes there is a gorgeous Marriott hotel, your guide will say you can’t go in, ignore him go in, they have a to-go shop, and get a nice salad or sandwich. I think is in Moraine Lake or Banff. Bear in mind that you spend 80% on the bus and 20% on the actual sites. They gave us an average of like 20 to 30 min to spend and on some sites was a bit more if the activity required it like the glacier that was about 2 ½ hrs. Seating arrangements, you are assigned and there is a system in which you rotate your seat based on how much you paid, as the tour has several prices according to the hotel category you choose. And if you want the front seats there is a charge 40usd per seat per day! Such a rip off! The actual sites are amazing! Honestly the most beautiful gifts of nature! Banff the town also super pretty and idyllic, I wish we could arrive earlier and enjoy more time there. There is this amazing breakfast place in Banff where you have the best egg cups and hot cocoa. Highlights, the tour guide though he was in Chinese idol and sang on the last length of the trip. Also, a couple of cute kids joined in, this was fun. Our driver, he was AMAZING, so kind and so helpful. The views! To die for! I just wish that the information was more detailed regarding the actual inclusions.
