I had good experience when I wrote my 1st review about 2.5 years ago. Now it's very different - the male staff member there who's very polite and helpful seems not work there anymore. Every time I called, the female staff members are always rude, impatient, rushing and not willing to help. One of them lied about the info I was looking for and another one tried not to have the medicine delivered despite the store has policy to do so. I'm going somewhere else. While their attitude is that we always have customers even if you don't come. My attitude is there are plenty of pharmacies and I have no language barrier that makes me stick with Chinese speaking drug store staff. I'd rather pay more than taking the nasty attitude. It's sad that Chinese stores' staff rarely understand what customer service is, let alone good customer service is vital for business.

Experience was underwhelming. Was hanging around for a prescription after buying a OTC drug only to be told that I was supposed to have notified them that I was waiting for a prescription to be filled in order for them to fill it because they receive a lot of prescriptions. It was not my first time there and I have never heard of that policy before. In other pharmacies, they fill the Rx as they come in. It was only after I saw a lady came in after me and got her RX that I approached the counter and was rudely informed of this policy. Why else would I have been hanging around otherwise?! My prescription wasn't in stock and the staff wasn't educated on the policy of transferring prescriptions, which didn't make the transfer seamless. For a shop to have been in business so long, I didn't understand why I had to jump through hoops just to get a prescription filled. I was told I could get my prescription transferred by one individual and when I went back to inform another person to transfer the prescription to a new pharmacy, I get a call later informing me the new pharmacy has to give them a call. I went to another pharmacy with much better customer service.

I updated my review of this business in Yelp years after posting positive review here. This user named Linda Sun copied my entire Yelp review and posted to Google. This is a violation. --------------------------------------------- My experience at this pharmacy was good. Staff was patient and nice. Not anymore. Everyone working there is rude and impatient. Some of them lie too. I took my business somewhere else.

This pharmacy is extremely inefficient. Even when my doctor prescribes medication in a full bottle (no repackaging required), I still have to wait 15–20 minutes, which makes no sense. What’s worse, their customer service shows clear bias. When I observed them speaking Cantonese to other customers, they were patient and friendly. But when I spoke Mandarin, their attitude became impatient and arrogant. A pharmacy should serve all customers equally, with professionalism and efficiency, not selective politeness.

This is the pharmacy with the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I fully agree with all the reviews pointing out their poor attitude. I’ve been picking up my medications from this pharmacy ever since I started seeing doctors in the U.S., but today, even after repeating my date of birth multiple times, they claimed they couldn’t find my information in the system and kept asking if it was my first time there. That clearly shows how careless and inattentive the staff are.In addition, they’re unable to provide slightly more specialized medications or even basic items like braces. The staff even told the customer to go to another pharmacy to get those. If that’s the case, it’s better to just switch pharmacies entirely. *** Please take all the reviews seriously—maybe one person’s bad experience could be a coincidence, but when the majority of reviews are all complaining about their service attitude, it really says something. I sincerely hope the staff and owner take this issue seriously.
