For context, Dr. Ramani has been my doctor for a decade. Dr. Ramani's warm bedside manner sets him apart. His ability to connect with patients on a personal level is remarkable and makes a significant difference in their care experience. He takes the time to listen attentively and his reassuring demeanor puts patients at ease. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Ramani has been my PCP for over a decade and is the absolute best. Not only is his bedside manner impeccable, but he actively listens, and will always try and give you a simple over the counter remedy before he prescribes something. Have referred him to many friends and couldn’t be prouder to have him as my doctor.

Avoid! I have insurance which covers an annual physical. But this doctors office run additional tests, meaning I have been billed $200+ For 4 months I have been trying to resolve this by communicating with the doctor’s office, billing company and insurance. I have been left with no choice but to pay this unexpected bill. UPDATE: 03/05 - Follow up call with the doctors office, situation was not resolved. Paid the $202.87. AVOID.

My experience with this practice was highly unsatisfactory. Following a routine blood test, I was contacted by the doctor’s office and urged to schedule a review of the results. I was explicitly assured that there would be no charge for this review, and I agreed on that basis. Despite this assurance, I subsequently received a bill. Due to this breach of trust and lack of transparency, I have decided to seek care from a different physician.

While the medical care provided by Dr. Kamal Ramani was satisfactory, my experience with their billing department was nothing short of a nightmare. I am compelled to share my experience to warn others of the sheer incompetence and unprofessionalism that seems to permeate this office's financial operations. I was shocked to discover that I had been charged twice for multiple visits, years after I had already paid in full. The billing department's complete disregard for their own records is alarming. Despite providing receipts as proof of payment, the billing department refused to recognize them, placing the burden of proof on me for visits that occurred over three years ago. This led to an infuriating ordeal, consuming over eight hours of my time in conversations just to rectify their errors and finally receive a proper refund. The inefficiency and lack of accountability in handling such a straightforward matter are inexcusable. Patients should not have to endure such hassle and stress to correct the office's mistakes. The satisfactory medical care is severely overshadowed by the incompetence of the billing department. I strongly advise anyone considering this office to be prepared for potential financial mismanagement and a significant investment of time and effort to resolve billing issues.
