Great staff THE doctor is very knowledgeable and great listener

Dr. Chin was very kind and attentive! She genuinely seems to care about her patients. Most of the doctors I’ve seen in the past always seemed like they were in a rush, but Dr. Chin patiently listened to all my concerns and even asked me a bunch of questions that helped me better understand my health. She also gave me a lot of great tips for improving my health and lifestyle. Highly recommend! Her staff is pretty friendly too.

Dr. Khana Chin was referred to me by a friend. I had a very pleasant experience at her office. Dr.Chin took her time and I didn’t feel rushed in my appointment. She made sure to address any medical concerns that I had with compassion and displayed professionalism. Her staff was equally professional, kind, and efficient. As a nurse, I know what quality care looks like and I received that with Dr. Chin. Thank you!

She does not respond to messages, would rather send me to the ER instead of see me in person, prescribes medication that no pharmacy holds, and when having a virtual appointment won't even look at me. Just stares at her computer like I am not there. Her office is terrible at communicating as well. 100% do not recommend.
