Kate is an extremely knowledgeable practitioner and applies a different form of acupuncture that brings results. I was a former professional athlete and as of result have been carrying chronic injuries that came up in my everyday life. After about 4 sessions i have felt a big positive long standing difference in my body. I continue to see her for maintenance purposes. Kate has great energy and you feel she is really doing her best to help you. Even during treatment you can see her reading up on different philosophies she can apply to the treatment. I highly recommend her for physical and emotional issues you might want to address. You will be surprised of how effective the treatment is. If i could give 10 stars i would. A+++
