Doctor Katherine Underwood is the best gynecologist ever! I'm so happy I found her. She is an amazing doctor who truly cares about her patients. Very professional, helpful/knowledgeable with any situation that's going on with you. Thank you for being such an awesome Doctor!

I LOVE DR UNDERWOOD. I can't recommend her enough! I wish I had her previously. Seriously, some OBGYNs are terrible or scary/cruel and Dr. Underwood is a thorough, kind, gentle and knowledgable saint!! When I talk to her, I really feel like I'm being heard and that she really takes a collaborative approach in how she practices medicine. I wish we could clone her bc I know how hard it is to find a good GYN. Dr. Underwood is the type of doctor that I would follow if she moved practices/hospital systems.

As a female in her 40’s, that is done with having kids, I struggled with finding a obgyn that would 1) give me more than 5 minutes of their time 2) talk to me with a long term game plan. I went to Katherine based off a referral and I couldn’t be happier. She took the time to understand my concerns and looked at my overall health and suggested next steps. Her bed side manner was calming, she was incredibly Gentle with her delivery and seemed eager to work on ways to quell my concerns. Very impressed and happy she’s part Of the NYU family. Highly recommend.
