We have been going there for years, the sales staff have always been very nice and attentive. We have engaging conversations about music, playing styles, piano mechanics and other interesting topics. This is a special place and we have always been able to test out the pianos. you just have to be respectful, ask for permission and show that you what you are doing. We feel bad for the sales staff that they have to constantly stop people from banging on the piano to see how loud they can make it. I see people give bad reviews because they think they have been “discriminated” for gotten stopped.

We recently had the pleasure of working with the young lady in this store. She is our sales contact, and also a piano technician who truly went above and beyond in addressing our piano issues, and I cannot recommend her services highly enough! In the past months, our piano had been suffering from uneven notes and a sticking keys (partially due to weather/room temperature issues), which were increasingly frustrating for our kids when playing it. The lady came to our house and quickly diagnosed the problem, explaining the issues in clear and simple terms. Her knowledge was impressive, but what truly stood out was her patient and thoughtful approach to ensuring that we felt informed and comfortable throughout the process. The repair/adjustment was handled with precision and care. It was clear that this lady not only possessed great technical skills but also treated our instrument as if it were her own. Watching her work was a testament to her dedication. By the time she was done, our piano sounded better than it had in years! The clarity and richness of the tone were restored, and the keys now play with perfect responsiveness. Beyond her technical abilities, the lady technician was warm, approachable, and punctual. She made sure to clean up meticulously once the job was complete, leaving no trace of the work other than a perfectly tuned and adjusted piano. Horrible sales experience. I walked into the showroom, empty with the exception of a student taking a lesson. I wanted to try a few pianos to narrow down for a purchase but was rudely told that I couldn’t play any because someone was taking a lesson. First, have lessons in a closed private room vs the middle of the showroom. Second, they lost out on a sale. Frank and Camille’s was more than happy to let me try as many as I wish and purchase a Kawai CA901 Digital Piano. Customers should not be turned away when looking to spend $5k for a piano. I guess the rent in their store is cheap.

I have been here twice. The first time, I was just starting to learn and was looking for a beginner piano. The only sales lady/owner told me that I was not allowed to touch any of the pianos in the store. I was with my kids at the time, so I thought she was worried they might damage some of the expensive equipment. I kind of understood, so I just walked away. The second time I went, I was hoping to try a higher-end Kawai digital piano. However, the same lady still seemed unwilling to let me try anything. In the end, I walked away again and ended up buying a Roland piano online.
