I was looking for a piano for months. Going from store to store, then crags list. All the while going back to Frank & Camille's west in Queens, I spent time with the entire sales staff, Randy, Frank and even two of the technicians. Everyone always gave me as much time and answers as I needed. They made me feel very comfortable. I was looking at Yamaha C3’s Seiler 186 and Kawai K3 then I finally found a beautiful Steinway A that was just finished being restored. It was delivered this week and I’m so happy I had to write about it. Thanks Guys!

This is a great store with a wide variety of new & used pianos. My daughter is also a student here, the staff & her teacher Rafael are all phenomenal. Highly recommended.

I had a very good experience shopping for a piano at Frank Camilles West. Bought a used Kawai upright instead of a new one. Dan helped us throughout the process. The store is not as flashy as others but they are helpful and got the piano we like, at reasonable price. Thanks.

Bought a upright Piano from Frank and Camille. The piano supposed to come with complementary initial tuning. It has been about 6 months, after numerous call to Frank, the company still has not provided the tuning service for the piano. The up right piano was expensive and one of the key was not functioning correctly from the store. The piano was also defective, one of the middle foot pedal is also not working. We will not recommend this store to anyone.
