Just had my first visit with Dr. Gerlach, and am very impressed. She was kind, patient, and explains everything during the exam. The office staff were pleasant and I didn't have to wait long. I will definitely be returning to Dr. Gerlach in the future. I highly recommend her.

I found Dr. Gerlach through my insurance and am so grateful to have done so! She was my main doctor at the practice throughout my pregnancy and even delivered my baby! Dr. Gerlach has always made me feel comfortable during my appointments and checkups and always answered any and all of my questions; I never felt rushed. I absolutely trust her has an OB-GYN and have already recommended her to my family and friends.

This review is long overdue. In March I gave birth to my first baby girl, right at the peak of Covid. I had a high risk pregnancy being older, and previous health conditions. I was referred to Bayard OBGYN through a friend and highly recommend this place. The staff and doctors are very friendly, easy to talk to, and detailed when it came to my weekly check ins and exams. Dr. Gerlach is awesome, she takes her time, cares about her patients, and addresses your concerns. I made sure to be seen by Dr.Roland, and Dr Betty who are also great and on top of your health and pregnancy visits.

I have no issue with Dr. Gerlach but to get in contact with her is nearly impossible. Have been a patient for a few years but not anymore. The experience with the receptionists are the worst except for one or two. Super unprofessional. The receptionists always make it seem like they have something important that they have to attend to and rush you with attitude. They make scheduling an appointment a horror and if you have any questions, you will be dismissed.

Sheer horror and inadequacy. Spent two almost two weeks trying to speak to the doctor about my test results. Was first told the doctor was going to call me - that never happened. Then the office staff said that in order for the doctor to speak to me about my test results, I had to schedule a televisit, which I did. The doctor never showed up. I called them again, the receptionist put me on perpetual hold. So after a while,I called again, the receptionist told me the doctor had two other patients and would call me after she was done with them at no specific date or time. Dr Gerlach doesn't care about her patients, stay away from this place. They charged my insurance for the visit and tests, yet, I have zero answers and will most likely have to redo everything all over again.
