Had the absolute pleasure of working with Henry Pazmino. I messaged him first on a rental app and from the first interaction, I could tell he was someone I wanted to work with. He is very personable, responsive, and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Even when he didn't know the exact answer, he kept us on the loop of when he can expect a response from the landlord. That truly helps. I was in a tricky situation where I needed a 14-month lease. While other people told me it would be impossible, Henry advocated for me and got me a 14-month lease and negotiated lower rent for me. As someone who has to move quite frequently due to my job, I have worked with plenty of agents, Henry is without any shadow of doubt the best agent I have worked with. Thank you so much Henry!

Maria Galisteo is the best realtor ever!!! Thank you so much to her for helping me buy my first house! She walked me through the process, always answered my questions, and made sure to be available whenever we needed her! I would recommend her to anyone! And if I ever decide to sell or buy again I know who to call! She gave great recommendations for inspectors and lawyers. Helped us negotiate with the sellers and I just can’t thank her enough! We close on Monday and she was such a big help through this whole stressful process.

About a year ago, my husband and I were urgently searching for an apartment so we could be together with our son. In our search, we visited Stephanie’s office and were initially met with a warm and welcoming environment. Stephanie and her team seemed helpful and gave us hope that we would find a place to call home. Stephanie provided us with a list of open houses and even accompanied us to one of the showings, which we appreciated. We applied for one of the apartments, but were later told that our income was insufficient. At the time, only my husband was working, so we understood the concern. Stephanie suggested we add a co-signer, which we did — my husband’s sister. Unfortunately, we were then informed that even with the co-signer, our combined income still didn’t meet the requirements. Stephanie mentioned setting up a meeting to go over additional documents and discuss further options, but after that point, she stopped responding entirely. Throughout the process, communication had already been inconsistent, but at this point, it ceased altogether. When we tried reaching out through her assistant, we were told Stephanie was unavailable due to recovering from a hangover after attending a wedding the day before. That response felt unprofessional and dismissive given the seriousness of our situation. Additionally, in December 2024, our family attended a children’s Christmas charity event that Stephanie hosted. It included free photos with Santa and, as advertised, free ceramic ornaments featuring the photos to be mailed to participants. As of today, we still have not received the ornaments. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We had high hopes and trusted Stephanie’s team during a vulnerable time in our lives, but ultimately we were left feeling overlooked and disregarded — both in the housing process and afterward. I hope this feedback encourages more transparency, accountability, and follow-through moving forward.
