Kennedy Test Prep

As a family we have used Kennedy Test prep repeatedly for multiple children.- for the SAT. Mr. Kennedy and his staff are extremely committed and very knowledgeable. After Kennedy Test Prep, my children’s scores were above the 90-92nd percentile. The switch to digital from paper had its own set of challenges but the overall results were great.

Daniel Kennedy is an excellent tutor! He really understands what you need help with and how to make you better. I took his SHSAT classes over the summer, and my score went from a 488 to a 555! Thanks to him, I got into Bronx Science. He also gave me great advice on how to improve my Townsend Harris essay. Plus, he's really funny and keeps the class engaging, which makes learning so much easier. If you want a tutor who actually helps you improve, I totally recommend him! Thank you, Mr. Kennedy!

I highly recommend Kennedy Test Prep! My daughter attended their summer and fall SHSAT prep program, and we are beyond grateful for the results. With the help of her teachers, Anya and Mr. Kennedy, she scored a 556 and was accepted to her first-choice school, Bronx High School of Science! We had tried other test prep centers in the past, but they never really helped boost her score. Kennedy Test Prep was different. We saw consistent improvement, and the teachers were not only knowledgeable but also made my daughter feel welcomed and supported throughout the process. My daughter did online test prep over the summer with Ms. Anya and I would just like to thank you for all of your support. On her first SHSAT my daughter scored in the 480s and Mr. Kennedy reassured me that if my daughter was motivated she could score much higher and that she did! On the test she scored 563 and received an offer from her first choice, Bronx Science! We definitely recommend Kennedy and will be back in a couple of years for my younger daughter 🙂.

This prep did not improve my test grade. Kennedy might have been good with the paper SAT but in terms of digital he was not experienced and didn't teach in ways that would stick in students head. There would be many times were he wouldn't be able to explain topics and asked the STUDENTS for help instead. The 180 point increase clearly didn't apply. My first practice test I took at Kennedy's was a 1140 and that was on my on. On my digital SAT I got a 1160.
