Kenny has done a whole apartment renovation and several smaller jobs for me in the past 2 years. His team has been great. Kenny's guidance on design and appliance choices have been extremely helpful. I highly recommend Kenny and his team.

Kenny Lin General Construction is every homeowner's dream contractor. Kenny is competent, trustworthy dependable, caring, and respectful. So are his in-house workers - Kelvin, Ricky, Peter, Jackie, Michael, Angel, & Juan. They arrived promptly each day & finished the project on time. Family, friends and the insurance inspector who saw my new bathroom they completely renovated was impressed, rating it "A-1," and "5- stars." Kenny helped me in many ways among which is accompanying me in shopping for materials. He even quickly went under my car to fix the "plate" covering the underside w/c got accidentally detached! So impressed were my sister & her husband by their work & work ethic that they immediately hired him to rebuild their stoop and other things in their house. I have many other good things to say but a shorter review is more readable. I strongly recommend Kenny Lin General Construction. Search no more!

Kenny and his team were absolutely amazing. Their professionalism’s combined speed and quality in a wonderful balance. We absolutely love our renovated coop. They gave an older building a breath of fresh air. I am in love with the sliding doors that open up completely. They even came by after the project was complete when we had some questions. Absolutely terrific, all-inclusive home remodeling experience. Kenny's team remodeled our kitchen and bathroom. It was a pleasure to work with them for their comprehensiveness, skill, and professionalism. On comprehensiveness - Kenny's team does it all. They not only order all materials and complete the job well. They also advise on room design and material selection, going above and beyond the usual services from a general contractor. On skill - Kenny's team did an admirable, timely job on our remodel. We are very happy with the quality of the work and expect to enjoy it for years and years to come. On professionalism - Kenny's team arrived promptly every morning, protected areas of our house from dust/debris, and gave us valuable house advice as they completed the job. Kitchen Remodel was completed in 2019. Kenny's team is very professional. - While we still lived at the house, his team made sure that the working area cleaned up everyday. - Compared to other contractors who provided much lower price quotes but always adding up 50% more of cost at end of work, Kenny's price quote and estimate is very close. This allows us to control the budget - Although the work is limited to kitchen remodel, when we asked Kenny to help out on some minor work/repair of house, he didn't say no. - One year after the work, we found water leaking issue from the garbage disposal, he still sends his crew to help us fix the issue without any charge.
