Keri is an excellent, experienced realtor who is works incredibly hard and treats everyone with kindness and respect. She knows the Brooklyn market inside and out and is very thoughtful about her clients’ needs. We had a great experience working with her and will do so again in the future!

I met Keri during my search for my first apartment. I was specifically looking for something in Brooklyn, and I was glad to meet someone who knew the Brooklyn market so well. She was by far the easiest and most organized of the realtors that I've worked with. She listened to what I was looking for, learned it quickly, and didn't waste my time by giving me listings that wouldn't work or were outside my price range. She was very proactive and engaged, and kept me well informed throughout the entire process. To top it off, she's just incredibly kind and thoughtful!

I can't speak more highly of Keri. I initially met with Keri in 2018 when I first explored the UWS condo market. She got back to me right away and prepared a very user-friendly portfolio of the different available options at that time. We scheduled a viewing - and she showed up on time and well prepared on the unit, building and market. Right away, I found Keri to be unlike many other real estate brokers I've met over the years - she wasn't pushy, nor was she "selling". Actually, she told me she thought I could do better for the price on one unit I was looking at! I appreciated her honesty. At that time, unfortunately my financial circumstances did not allow for me to purchase at that moment. Keri did not show any disappointment. She understood how hard it was to buy in NYC and didn't make me feel bad about not having the resources at that time. I told her when the time came to buy, I would absolutely contact her. And I did! In fact, I had my heart set on staying in my condo where I had been leasing for a decade, but rarely apartments came on the market. One did. I contacted Keri and right away she moved on it like you wouldn't believe. It had been listed (very under market) for less than 1 day - there were 6 bids on it. Keri knew the seller's broker and was in constant communication. It ended up working out, and it certainly wouldn't have if Keri had delayed by even one day. On the day of closing, Keri surprised me with a beautiful welcome home mat she had created with my name and my dog's name on it! I have stayed in touch with Keri over the years and find her to be a remarkable human being. She's an animal lover and has rescued many little kitties and dogs in need. Despite not needing her "help" any longer, she contacted me when my dog died to express her condolences. She is such a genuine, real person. She works hard and will fight for you. Most importantly, you can really trust her. She made my dreams come true at least :)

I’m so thankful I got Keri when I started my house search. We immediately connected over the Midwest and cats then she upped the ante by being an amazing agent (listening to what I wanted, showing me great options, and helping me navigate the world of real estate as a first time buyer). She continued to support me when I had ongoing house and market questions and I’ll definitely reach out when I’m ready to sell. I’ve recommended her to many friends that have started looking over the last couple years.
