I trust Dr Charlotten and his staff to take care of me. Dr Charlotten always takes the time to listen to me and talk through my questions. I’m very grateful to have found him several years ago and that his staff has worked with me through several insurance changes.

He is probably the most thorough doctor I’ve had in decades. He is very sharp and often has multiple approaches to treatment of disease. And he truly is affordable! When I lost my insurance, I found out just how decent and kind he is. Q care is the best- it’s like the family practice I remember going to as a child where the doctor listened and actually cared. Dr Martinez is a terrific gynecologist too.

I have been a patient of Dr. Charlotten for over 12 years. In all honesty, he is a great doctor and very knowledgeable. He makes sure all your questions/concerns are answered. I even have an email, where I could send questions that I forgot to ask or an update that I need to keep him aware of. He actually replies shortly after sending my email, which is something I appreciate. I also get lab results this way. Leslie, his primary receptionist is very welcoming and professional. I would recommend him without a doubt.

Terrible doctor who is inattentive to patient needs. He barely listens to your concerns and does not communicate well at all. All he does is look at the computer and repeat the information that the nurses/medical assistants collect. He has very poor bedside manner and is rude. Patients deserve attentive doctors who listen and address their needs, especially in this diverse community that he serves. He does not provide good care and seems ill-suited for the profession.

Terminated me as a patient today because his office never ever answers the phone or answers any messages. had an appointment last month that i needed rescheduled and I called them for 3 days straight and left various messages until I got through to them a coupleof days before. Then a few days ago I found out I couldn't make this date either and i tried again for 3 days to get ahold of the office but couldn't get through at all this time. I had to wait until the day before when I got a call from his office trying to confirm what happened and I was told that it couldn't be rescheduled and I'd have to wait for another date given by the doctor. Instead, was sent a letter saying that I was no longer a patient. Bad communication. Not the best bedside manner. It's my opinion that he's just about seeing the most patients possible and you'll be denied care if you mess with his bottom line. My opinion from what I observed, of course. If getting in touch with your doctor's office is important than please stay away.
