I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Jiang! He did an extraordinary job on my root meniscus repair, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. His knowledge and skill are top-notch, but what really sets him apart is how he treats his patients—with respect, patience, and genuine care. He explains everything clearly and makes you feel like a person, not just a case file. His PA, Alan T., is also incredibly helpful, and all of my follow-up care has been beneficial. Dr. Jiang and Alan T. are always prompt in returning calls, never made me feel like a burden for asking questions, and never dismissed my concerns at any stage of the process. They reassured me without making me feel like I was overreacting, which is something I truly appreciate. If you need an orthopedic surgeon who combines expertise with outstanding patient care, I highly recommend Dr. Jiang!

I saw Dr. Jiang for my left shoulder yesterday. He was very gentle and listened to my concerns. He didn’t rush the appointment at all. I appreciate how well and convenient my appointment flowed. Not only did I get to see the doctor but got an x-Ray done, the same day! I would definitely recommend this orthopedic practice.

Dr. Jiang & his team are fantastic. Their new LIC office is modern & very welcoming. As a practitioner, Dr. Jiang was very open & honest about the options available to me to solve my condition, was patient in allowing me time to decide, and great at answering all my questions pre and post operation. He's very attentive & it shows that he cares about his patients. As a patient, I felt I was in great hands the entire process. Well taken care of from start to finish, and I am very happy I chose Dr. Jiang to be there with me now on my course to recovery.

Kevin N Jiang, MD Is wonderful doctor and person. I came with 3 days old elbow fracture. I can’t do to ER, because it too late for ER, but fracture was acute and should be fixed. I met the Doctor Kevin N Jiang, MD, and he scheduled the surgery, what is usually very difficult to find available surgeon, arrange a pre-оp test in the same day. It’s like a miracle for me. So, surgery on Monday. Thank you Doc. Cornell clinic is the best with people working there. Thank you so much 😊
