I recently had an appointment with Dr. Khin Aung and was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and expertise provided. From the moment I walked into the clinic, the staffs were welcoming and efficient. Dr. Khin Aung took the time to listen to my concerns and was incredibly thorough in their examination. Their knowledge and professionalism were evident, and they made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend Dr. Khin Aung to anyone seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable healthcare provider. I will definitely be returning for future appointments and trust their expertise wholeheartedly.

Dr. Khin Aung has been my Doctor for a few years now. He is such a lovely Doctor,very friendly, caring, helpful, takes time to listen, has a calming way about him. His Receptionist Florence friendly and very efficient. Linda also works at the Practice and is a wonderful person who helps with the Check in Process. I highly recommend Dr Khin Aung to anyone out there looking for a Good Doctor. I wish I can give 10 stars

This clinic is worst , waited for more than an hour and later they said lost report. Appointment was at 7.30 pm and didn’t even inform us till 8.30 , not even apologized for being irresponsible indeed said yes we are irresponsible and not sorry. This is not acceptable how can you not value other people time, you have an appointment and should know about the report, must be ready. Front desk lady very rude and can’t even apologize. We trusted them but not any more … think before you go to this little clinic. Front desk people just be aware don’t know how to talk to people. Full of attitude.

The front desk service was absolutely terrible — extremely rude and unprofessional. When you ask a question, she snaps back with her own rules — not the government’s rules, but rules she made up herself — and she says it in a very mean and nasty tone. Maybe if you speak Burmese, she’ll treat you better!

They open 5:30pm to 9pm. Which is unusual schedule and makes it difficult to make appointments. I called them 8:30pm wants make an appointment for tomorrow or check do they have schedule for further date. The staff member who speaks Mandarin Chinese showed very very bad attitude and was not polite. O my god. My first time writing a negative review but the experience made me feel uncomfortable. I don’t believe I did anything wrong.
