It was a great experience. Called ahead the day before and made an appointment and no waiting when I arrived. Great knowledge and conversations with the technician. I do my own research so I bring a list of items that I suspected and I bought parts online and asked them for installation. The technician was knowledgeable and reaffirmed with a lot of my research. I changed oxygen sensor and brake pads and rotors. Reasonable price. Recommend for sure

Excellent experience with King of Queens. Took our 2011 Audi here after pep boys turned away a water pump and thermostat replacement job. Clean shop, reasonable prices and crazy fast work (did our job in only a few hours). 10/10 recommendation for anyone in the area Update: these guys really rule. Had an unrelated coolant leak that I couldn’t locate. They thoroughly inspected the car, insisting that it stay overnight to locate it once the engine cooled, and got the repair done the next day. Super reasonable, thorough explanations, excellent results!

Best auto shop ever visited in NYC. Repaired my headlights, bumper and state inspection in less than 1hr. Staffs are super nice. Highly recommended to pick this as go to Auto shop.

Terrible experience. I was charged $300 without being informed or giving approval, and my car was not fixed — it was made worse. Screws and hoses were left improperly installed, creating safety risks. They even told me my car had “no repair value” and suggested I give up on it. Only after a responsible mechanic stepped in was the problem fixed. Unprofessional, dishonest, and unreliable. Do NOT recommend.
