Honest. Quick and solid service for an oil change and inspection

Very dishonest and unprofessional! I dropped off my car in the morning after being told they’d diagnose the issue and call me with a quote before doing any work. I never got a call, so I followed up around 5 PM. After some delay, they finally called back to say the issue was a disconnected sensor – no parts needed, just a wire reconnected. To my surprise, they had already completed the work without my approval and charged me $375 for three hours of labor, $37 for an inspection, $20 for gas, plus tax – a total of $466. On top of that, they took my car for a 50-mile drive without my permission, claiming it was to pass inspection (which wasn’t necessary that day). When I questioned whether it really took three hours to reconnect a sensor, the response was rude and dismissive: “Be thankful I don’t charge you for all the hours your car was here.” Completely unprofessional and insulting. I’m very disappointed and feel taken advantage of. I would not recommend this place – avoid them if you value honesty and respectful service!

They finished the work on my car but never called to let me know it was done. Waited for hours and hours. Then took forever to tell me the price for the work. Said they'll call back then didn't . Had to call them again, after waiting another half hour. Then 5 minutes after pulling it off the lot, the check engine light came back on again. Miserable experience. Save yourself the grief of going to this place for work on your car.
