Kings Combat Elmhurst

Great gym! Kings Combat has long been a staple in the martial arts community and it’s great to see them expanding to a new location. A great environment to learn whether you’re a beginner or experienced. The coaches are all from legitimate lineages so you know you’re getting quality instructions/training. I’ve trained at the Forest Hills location and it’s just great vibes. You really feel a part of the team and it’s perfect whether you want some hard training or want to train for fun.

5 stars!! I’ve been training here for 6 months and absolutely love it! I’ve tried all the classes from Muay Thai to Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling and the coaches are amazing. They’re friendly, patient, and take the time to break down every technique. The gym is super inclusive and welcoming to all ages and experience levels, which makes it a great environment to train in. I’m so glad there’s finally a place like this in the neighborhood! The staff also keeps the facilities clean and well-maintained. 10/10 highly recommend! 💪

The coaches are all amazing — professional, patient, and always willing to help you improve. The atmosphere here is super positive and welcoming. Everyone, from beginners to more experienced students, is very friendly and supportive. I’ve met so many kind and genuine people here. Even if you’re completely new, you’ll feel comfortable right away. Definitely one of the best places to train and grow, both physically and mentally!

Really glad I joined this gym. It’s super clean and has a great atmosphere. I was a bit nervous since I’m new to jujitsu, but from day 1, the coaches have been very kind, welcoming, and make everything easy to follow. They’re also super responsive if you have questions. The more experienced members are also friendly and open to newbies, which makes a big difference! The gym offers both jiu-jitsu and Muay Thai classes, taught by highly respected coaches with impressive backgrounds. Highly recommend!!

Even though Kings Combat in Elmhurst just recently opened, it already feels like a top-tier gym. The facility is super clean and well-equipped, and the energy is amazing. The coaches are experienced, passionate, and really take the time to help everyone improve—whether you're brand new or have some experience. You can tell they’re building something special here. The classes are well-structured and fun, and there's already a strong sense of community. Excited to be part of it from the beginning and to see it grow. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area!
