Alright, unlike my prior visit with some female doctor who I don’t even care and ever want to know about again due to her being dismissive, this time the male doctor, Dr. Deng, I had was phenomenal! He listened to my concern and was flexibly willing to accommodate me in fixing my tooth issue. See, it’s not that hard to make patients happy, just listen to what patients want and do your best to deliver, instead of being stuck up in your dogmatic ways. I understand this dental office is either a hit or miss due to the days and doctors you get, but if you do go here...and I probably shouldn’t be telling people this as it creates more demands on the waiting list...but just request for Dr. Deng.

You gotta wait more than hour in there! They called me to make appointment and offered 3pm I agreed then I went Tere at 3 pm. I waited doctor till 4 pm. Not first time this is 3-4 time. That’s insane! Do not waste peoples time!

The staff were rude and unprofessional throughout my visit. I did not feel respected or well cared for, and the overall environment lacked the professionalism one should expect from a dental office. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality dental care.

I am not one to usually write reviews, but this place is absolutely absurd in how they operate and is the definition of being a DISASTER. All the employees have no professionalism, noting that the receptionist does not greet anyone and simply expects you to sign your name on the sign in sheet and wait for your name to be called. Expect to also wait at least 1-2 hours from your appointment time to be able to see a dentist. The dentist was extremely arrogant and condescending. As someone who works in healthcare myself, this is the definition of someone who does not belong in such setting. Dr. Lee does not have any bedside manner and was about to send me home without a dental cleaning as I had gone elsewhere in August and hence was not at the 6 month mark for insurance to cover a cleaning. However, I told her that it was through a different insurance and so she agreed to do the cleaning. In essence, all the "patients" are treated as transactions so they can maximize the amount they can bill insurance. I will be reporting any additional unwarranted charges to my insurance as this is absolute fraud and they should not even be open as a dental office. Dr. Lee does takes no more than 2 minutes to seemingly scrape through teeth and does not care if it hurts the patient. I was wincing and signaling that I was in pain but she proceeded to continue to drill through with no comment. She did not exhibit any mannerisms of being empathetic, care, or basic human respect. I will not be returning here and I hope all patients alike can find better dental care than this dumpster of a place. Such a shame that this place even exists. Please avoid at all costs.

For those that are new, these reviews aren't fake when they say this place deserved less than a 1 star. I've went to this dental area for multiple times I'll explain why: 1. You need to schedule a appointment, which is 2months away from the time. (Funniest part was they told me they can't fix it after waiting all that time). 2. The receptionist answering the calls is the worst I've have ever dealt with. If only I could record the calls to show to others. But basically the lady asks what do you want, with the rudest possible know to mankind tone. I would reply back nicely and quickly guessing maybe she's busy or something, but no that's not the case(I've been there multiple times and its quite empty clinic), after asking for a appointment, she says, "this day is good right, if it is then were done here". So she just straight up hangs up on me. But maybe this is only because I was asking in English and I could tell her pronunciation definitely needed improvement. 3. This is by far one of the most selfish clinic. I may be wrong on this, but I have a big feeling that if they don't feel the dental treatments being worth the money they get from the insurances they won't deal with you anymore, and tell you that they can't fix your teeth. But in conclusion, this has the worst customer service of anything I've ever experienced before. I don't know how they even keep those employees that do that, maybe it's more of a family/friend hired. After reading a few more other reviews I'm guessing it's definitely a family/friend employed because the reviews saying there's a trash receptionist were there for many years ago.
