Wanted to find an apartment in Lower Manhattan to keep my commute short for work. John was able to help me find an amazingly spacious loft apartment in LES for a reasonable price under a 2 year lease and was very knowledgeable about the neighborhood. He truly helped my partner and I find the perfect home during an almost impossible search last June! (All apartments were being snatched within a day or two when we tried to look without an broker) Honest business, great service, highly recommend!
