I’ve been coming here for about a year, seeing Dr. Moi Li. I’m a big fan! Growing up, my aunt and uncle were my dentists, so I’ve had it easy. But now that they have retired, I’ve been to a few different dentists in NYC. It’s hard to find a dentist that I can trust, but I feel I have found one in Dr. Li. She has a conservative approach to treatment — only suggesting work such as fillings when it is truly needed. I feel that she is treating me as a human patient, rather than trying to make money off me. The office also accepts my insurance — their window says that they accept most insurance!

Impatient receptionist Bad bedside manner from the male dentist, who was still chewing his food from his lunch and you can see all the food between his teeth, very unpleasant, at least wear a mask for god’s sake. He was very mono tone and spoke to his assistant about my teeth (negatively) in English thinking I was not an English speaker. Job was done in a hurry, this experience was so bad that I will never to any dentist in sunset park.

This is PSA to everyone who wanted to go here. My dad got his tooth pick out here after he finish they didn’t give him any medication, my dad was bleeding a lot out of the teeth when he got home, a lot big blood clogs. We went to the ER, and the doctor gave him medication during the medication he passed out / fainted for almost a hour because he was losing a lot of blood. I am currently getting a lawyer to report this disgusting clinic. Please stay away

I am absolutely frustrated with the front desk service at this dental clinic. Despite having a confirmed appointment, I was completely overlooked and ended up waiting for over an hour. The front desk staff was not only rude but also incredibly unprofessional and dismissive when I tried to address the issue. It felt like they simply didn’t care. This level of carelessness and poor attitude is unacceptable for a professional healthcare setting. I hope the clinic takes this complaint seriously and improves their staff’s training and accountability.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING AT SUNRISE DENTAL OFFICE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE RATING! If you value your health, safety, and long term damages search K&K Dental Office, there was a name change from K&K Dental Office to Sunrise Dental Office. Make sure to look at the review there before you decide to even step foot here. Every single dentist and staff there are the exact same, there has been absolutely no changes and the same issues that were raised there is still true. The bedside manner and attitude of the doctors and nurses are horrible. The moment you walk in the receptionist will roll their eyes at you and not even look at you to take a seat. The assistant women named Yi Ting will begin screaming and yelling at you even before you have a chance to talk. If you ask any questions, expect a rude and arrogant response. She would yell at you to stop wasting their time when there is only 1 other patient. She’ll grumble and complain in your ear nonstop. Dr. Min Huai Shi should have his license taken away. Also if he’s is offended or in a bad mood he would purposely take revenge on your teeth. For the elderly Asian that they have been referred to this clinic by their insurance, I feel sorry that they are unable to share their experience or feel like they had no choice but to be put in this situation. Update: I have a red gash across my gums after the visit.
