KM Pharmacy

I’ve had a great experience with this pharmacy. When I was recovering postpartum and couldn’t go out, I called them for help. They were very kind and even offered to deliver my medication during their free time, which I truly appreciated. I get all my prescriptions from this pharmacy, and the service has always been excellent. Not only do they fill doctor-prescribed medications, but whenever I need to purchase other personal items, the staff is always willing to come out from behind the counter to help me find what I need—even when they’re busy. The staff is friendly, patient, and genuinely caring. Highly recommend this pharmacy for their outstanding service and attitude.

Best customer service ever! When I came to pick up my prescription and there was a bump with my insurance, the pharmacist stayed on the phone with them for me for almost an hour to help me figure it out. All the staff was so kind. 11/10

I would have given minus stars if there’s an option. My dr prescribed a back brace & I went to them for it. They said my insurance needs to send approval letter for that & they will call us. I got letter from my insurance that it was approved but I didn’t receive any call from them even 2 weeks after receiving letter. I called them but they said they didn’t get anything. I thought ok I will wait again but I know that they got approval before me. I called again after 2 weeks & they said it’s ready so my husband picked up for me. They never called me. So I tried the belt after getting & it was too small for me. I went back to them & they said it will take 2 weeks to change size. I call them 3 weeks later giving all information again & they said it’s ready for pick up. I went there but they couldn’t find it. I waited almost 30-40 minutes while others coming after me were leaving. After looking for sometimes they find previous belt that I left for change. I was asking if it’s ready but they didn’t even think necessary to answer me after keeping me waiting so long. I asked again & they said the person in charge didn’t do it. I was little annoyed that they weren’t even paying attention to me & was serving all Chinese customers before who came after me. So I told them have to leave as I’m in rush. Then the guy with whom I left the belt for change, give me another one. So my question is if they don’t care about people except Chinese they should name it Chinese pharmacy not KM pharmacy? If he could change it later on the spot why he told that it will take 2 more weeks & never called me even after 3 weeks?Also they said it’s ready when I called when it wasn’t! Isn’t it harassment? I will never go to them nor recommend them. I didn’t have this issues with any other pharmacy. Seems like some reviews are from their own accounts.
