We had an excellent experience with Emilian and his team at Koka. They installed four mini split Daikin units for us and got all the work done in just one day. They also coordinated with an electrician, so we were fully up and running within three days total. The installation looks really clean— they even used a brown pipe covering that blends in nicely with our wall. Everything looks very neat. The units are quiet and easy to use. We’re very thankful for their help and highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work!

Emilian and the technician that accompanied him during his job were very professional and sweet! We woke up to no hot water and no heat just a day before freezing temps and snow were forecasted. They repaired everything seamlessly and were very polite. Would definitely recommend their service to anyone and will be using them again!

It was very challenging finding a company that would replace my NJ condo's fan coil units. Many only serviced PTAC/HVAC units, or price was astronomical. Emilian was the saving grace. Price was reasonable, and he and his crew cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend.

Heat pump stopped giving power to mini splits. We had an estimate from a previous hvac company to rewire the units. That felt super costly. These guys were able to get the system up and running during the service call (same day as I scheduled). They were thorough and identified the problem as being a fuse. I also appreciated how they communicated a lot of details so I understood what they were doing
