Very friendly and u can find some young cultivates live in this temple who are willing to help u meditate. If you wish to learn meditation, this place is better than many commercial fancy looking ones.

Hello! I am very interested in attending for meditation and growth. I am new to Buddhism. Silly question but are session offered in English? Are there sessions opened to everyone on Saturday (and,or) Sundays? Thank you!
