This has been the best investment for my kids. Honestly have to say as a professional that works with children on various settings, one thing I knew my sons needed was core strengthening, confidence and sensory organization/regulation. But I also knew that discipline would come in handy for focusing and overall attention with school. I appreciate the benefits I have seen in my kids.
