Kristine Chu, MD

First time with Dr. Chu after Dr. Brignoni-Blume left the practice. She was friendly, thorough, patient, kind. She explained everything and gave me a chance to voice my concerns. Grateful for her care. Front staff was friendly although most of the sign-in was handled by kiosk.

I've recently started hormone replacement therapy and Dr. Kristine Chu has been super attentive and responsive to any feedback from me and adjusted the dose and delivery system accordingly to find just the right fit for me. I really appreciate a kind and straight forward doctor like her who makes herself available and listens to how a medication is effecting her patients. Thank you!

I've been going to Dr. Chu for a couple of years and feel lucky to have found her through my PCP —she's easy to talk to, keeps things light, and doesn't rush through her appointments. When it comes to tough topics, it feels priceless to talk to a doctor who actually listens and takes the time to walk you through the next steps. I never felt like I was going through it alone even during scary periods. Everyone is so different, and I remember her being thoughtful to ask for my preference to make sure I felt comfortable with our communication during my visits. The thing I like the most about Dr. Chu is that she addresses my curiosity or concerns to questions that I'm still piecing together, which makes me feel very taken care of. I really value the guidance I get from her and would recommend her care to my friends and family.

I had a really positive experience with Dr. Chu. She was considerate and compassionate and explained why I experienced any pain during my examination in a way no doc had explained to me before. She was so kind and while my experience with past doctors had sometimes left me uncomfortable for days, I felt completely at ease with her and not judged. She really cared. She was quick in her examination but I didn’t feel rushed at all and she answered all my questions. I know some reviews mentioned the front desk ladies were rude, that was not my experience at all. The person at the front desk was really kind. Great experience overall. Great doctor.

I was hoping for a good experience based on reviews but I won’t be coming back to Dr. Chu. She attended to me for about 5 minutes, half of which she spent complaining to me about healthcare costs (?) I could barely get all my questions answered. I tried asking her about my future health plans and she sorta shouted some answers while halfway out the door. I felt totally ignored
